Banknote of the Theocratic Monarchy of the Bogdo Khan. 10 dollars Banknote.

The Government of the Theocratic Monarchy of Bogdo Khan VIII JibzunDamba made decision to issue 6 per cent provisionary obligation for 6 monthsfrom 20 April till 20 October 1921. This banknote has livestock guarantee and was called "baga bolzoot" (short term). It was issued with nominal of 10, 25, 50 and 100 dollars: 10 dollars has picture of sheep, 25 dollars has picture of cow, 50 dollars -horse and 100 dollars banknote has picture of camel.
This banknote also was called as "Baron's money", because it was issued in time when Baron Ungern fon Steinberg has occupied the capital city and actually was ruling over the country.
The title of banknotes was written in Mongolian, Russian and English.
Obverse: Mongolian Government's Treasure. 6% provisionary obligation.10 dollars". (Luvsantseveen, Lavrov). Number 10-0544
Reverse: Picture of sheep. On the upper part was stamp with sigh Soyombo and words: "The Stamp of guarantee from the Ministry of Finance".
